Katlin Owen - Liberty, SC Newspring Church, Chris Sligh, Mac Powell, Jon Pardi, Hannah Dasher, The Katlin Owen Band I've had my Buildanax for several months now and I couldn't be happier. I have a standard base model with an orange body, pearl pickguard, chrome hardware, and a rosewood fretboard. The shielding in the pickup cavity makes a huge difference with fighting noise. I play it live or in the studio and I can use any pickup position confidently. The feel is top notch as well. Hours of work go into each neck, plaining and recrowning each fret. I didn't have to pay for some special package, Buildanax just puts that much extra effort into every guitar whether it's a $600 base model, or a top of the line $1,200 guitar. You know it's going to leave their shop put together well and playing great. Thanks for putting so much time into each instrument! Guitar is not a hobby for me. I use music to work and make an income. I'm not about to go to work with tools that I don't trust. I'm also picky about how much guitar I can get for my dollar. I went to Buildanax, told them what I wanted, and they built it with care and integrity. If you're like me, you care more about how a guitar feels and sounds than what brand it is. Be smart with your money, and your tools. Take a look at Buildanax! |
Brandon Manley - Piedmont, SC This guitar is one of the best guitars I've ever played. Before I bought, I compared it to one of the major name brands and it played just as good, if not better. The feel of the guitar is amazing. It is so slick it is crazy and it has really low and "loose" action. I play blues, metal, and rock and it fits great for all of it. I never put this guitar down. It has a great feel and I will never buy another guitar except Buildanax....they are GREAT! |
Jeremy Medkiff - Nashville, TN One of the finest strats I own is a Buildanax guitar. When it comes to quality and affordability, Buildanax has you covered. With one of the most mesmerizing concepts for affordable guitars I've ever seen, Buildanax is definitely a name to remember. Where else can you pick every part of your guitar to fit your personal taste at such an affordable price? Nowhere! Not only is the concept cool, but the craftsmanship and setup are absolutely superb. Spend some time investigating their website, but be forewarned, it's addicting! |
Jathyn Johnson - Salem, SC I love my Buildanax guitar! It plays really well, sounds great, and looks Awesome! The biggest problem I had with Buildanax was deciding which combination to go with! All the options of bodies, necks, pick guards, and hardware make it very unlikely that you'll not find what you're looking for. It's a very good price for a custom guitar! I absolutely recommend the Buildanax guitars! |
TOBY FRIESEN Nashville, TN Lead guitarist for Jeremy Camp I was able to spend a couple hours with the guitar yesterday and wanted to tell you my first impressions! I played around on it for a bit acoustically before plugging it in, in order to hear resonance and get a feel for the set up. I am very impressed! The strings don't buzz, yet the action is nice and close and comfortable. Very smooth feeling! Then I plugged her in.... and wow!! I love it even more!! I spent some time experimenting with pickup height and tone knobs and am very pleased with the sound. By far the most useable strat style guitar I've owned! I did make one simple modification, which was simply to connect the bottom tone knob to the bridge pickup as well, so it's now controlling both the middle and bridge pickups. I'm gonna try it for a bit that way and see how I like it.
We have a show tomorrow in Lloydminster, Canada, which we're flying out tonight for. I am going to take it with me for it's maiden voyage! :) Very excited!
Thank you again for all the extra time and effort you put into getting the guitar right and out to me. I had lunch with Steven Samuels, who is Switchfoot's backline tech yesterday and showed him the guitar! He loved it! I'm going to tweet out a picture and shout out today of the guitar. |
